Street Cabinet - Double Bay & End Bay FRA (Front & Rear Access)

FDMS cabinets are Made in Britain at our manufacturing facility in Flintshire, the 650 Range are designed for external use and are manufactured from 2mm thick 4003 stainless powder-coated, and are fully weld robust heavy-duty cabinets.

Our flexible design allows the cabinets to be used in many different applications ranging from FTTX, FTTX, FTTN, FTTH, FTTP, FTTC, Fibre, Comms equipment, 19” rack equipment, Security, power and much more.

The fully adjustable rail system allows the 19” vertical rails fitted at the front and rear of the cabinet to be set by the customer offering a wide range of depths for equipment mounting, this help facilitate deeper 19” equipment, cable management are fitted along the side of the vertical rails both front and rear.

Cabinet 650 double bay with end bay has side entry access to allow segregation between 19” rack equipment and ancillary equipment, fitted with a wooden backboard it can be used for a multitude of purposes to include, power distribution, metering equipment and backup batteries.

Cabinet 650 double bay with end bay front and rear access comes complete with 3-point locking secured by a secondary security key lock and plywood backboard in both departments, as a single module with end bay it is part of a much larger family of our cabinets, please refer to our website for details.

Ventilation is provided through louvres manufactured within the front lower sections of the doors. The cabinets are supplied with three thermostatically controlled fans in the roof in the main cabinet and a single thermostatically controlled fan in the end bay with all extraction points protected with mesh screen to prevent against vermin and insects.

Cabinets are design for surface mount on a concreate base, it is recommended that once the cabinet is installed the base is filled with a resin pack.
